1 full meal salad, or filling for 3 sandwiches
6 oz chunk light tuna
1 large apple
1 large egg
1/4 c dill relish
1 T light mayonnaise
1 T mustard
1/8 t black pepper
- Hard boil the egg and chop it fine.
- Chop unpeeled apple to about 1/2″ x 1/4″x1/4″ pieces.
- drain can/pouch tuna slightly
- Gently toss all ingredients together.
This makes a very sweet/tart salad with both apple and tangy dill relish. Probably better for grown-up tastes rather than kids…. Yum!
