Men’s Health Magazine (and Womens Health Mag, too, for that matter) love making lists.  Sometimes their lists are a little shallow on the research, and sometimes they lean toward certain brand names in fairly heavy-handed ways.

But this article hits the nail on the head — simple, straight forward, no brand names — just the facts, m’am.  Here’s the list — but the article explains the whys and wherefores.

cranberry juice (at least 27% actual cran-j) — 3 glasses a day.

grapefruit — every day

lots of water

beans/ whole grains — 4 times a week

wild salmon — as often as you can stand it
